Saturday night, the girls and I attended a Secret Keeper Girls retreat at Faith Community Church here in town. LOVED IT. Anne, Molly and I shared a special evening together that will always be dear to my heart. If you ever have an opportunity to take your daughters (or there are also retreats for sons, and teenagers, too)…don’t miss it! Dannah Gresh and her team do a fantastic job teaching about true beauty, purity and the value of modesty.
Dannah has written books…many, many books…for young girls, teenagers and women. She has also written books for mothers and daughters to read together. I came home Saturday night with a bookshelf full and I’m excited to dive in with Anne and Molly. Dannah Gresh is, quite honestly, my new hero.
